This appeal raises as its principal issue whether a bank account, commonly called a "reserve account," is subject to garnishment.

Plaintiffs obtained a judgment against defendant Rhodus Mobile Homes, Inc. (Rhodus), and then instituted garnishment proceedings against the garnishee McLean County Bank (Bank). The circuit court of McLean County entered judgment in favor of the plaintiffs...
