Appeal from the order dated April 29, 1981 dismissed. That order was superseded by the order granting reargument. Order dated August 14, 1981 reversed insofar as reviewed, on the law, order dated April 29, 1981, vacated, and plaintiffs' motion is granted to the extent that they are awarded summary judgment on the issue of liability. Plaintiffs are awarded one bill of $50 costs and disbursements.
