LEAR, Judge.

This lawsuit arose from a dispute between Calvin Batiste and Conway Guiteau, Jr., concerning the sale of lumber by Guiteau to Batiste. The record indicates that sometime in the early part of July, 1979, Batiste purchased certain items of lumber from Guiteau. At the time of the sale the parties agreed that Batiste would take the lumber and return within a few days to pay for it. Batiste did return as promised, however, he paid Guiteau the sum of $208.00...
