Appellants Superior Rigging & Erecting Co., Inc. and Quo Modo, Inc. both brought actions on open accounts against appellee Krofft Development Corp. and obtained judgments against appellee. On appeal we reversed, holding that the trial court's findings for appellants were erroneous because there was no evidence to establish any contractual relationships between the parties. Krofft Dev.
