CLONINGER, Judge.

The appellant, Gina L. Ward, was charged jointly with her husband, Randy Ward, with first degree murder in the death of the couple's four-month old son, Todd Ward, who died from skull fractures and internal injuries. Appellant's motion for severance was granted. Appellant was convicted by a jury verdict of second degree murder and sentenced to five years in prison.
