This is a civil rights action1 wherein the Plaintiffs are the Federación de Empleados del Tribunal General de Justicia (hereinafter "Federación"),2 and fourteen employees of the judiciary branch of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico who were either suspended or discharged from their employment.
