STATEMENT OF THE CASE

The defendant-appellant, Sports, Inc. (Sports) appeals from an unfavorable judgment in a personal injury suit in the Clark Circuit Court. Jean and George Gilbert sued for the wrongful death of two of their children, and George, Karen, Lori and Brian Gilbert (the Gilberts) sued for their personal injuries.
