This is an appeal from a judgment confirming a jury verdict for the defendants in a wrongful death action.

Ellen Farren was killed when she was struck by a ten-wheel truck owned by defendant Roanoke Restaurant Service, Inc., and operated by defendant Bobby Earl Gilbert.
