Appellant-purchaser, Melvin E. Shumacher, appeals from trial court's award of damages in this action arising from appelleevendors' forfeiture of a contract for the sale of real estate. He asserts that trial court erred in failing to state criteria upon which it measured the award of damages, and further erred in determining the amount awarded because the proper measure of damages would result in a considerably larger award.
