The Board of Education of Campbellsville Independent School District (hereinafter referred to as the "Board of Education"), on March 16, 1981, adopted a resolution levying within the Campbellsville Independent School District a 2 percent utility gross receipts license tax for schools, as authorized by K.R.S. 160.593 and 160.613.
