PER CURIAM.

Askari Abdullah Muhammad, formerly known as Thomas Knight, appeals the denial without a hearing of his motion to vacate judgment and sentence filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. Since we find that the motion and the files and records in the case conclusively show that appellant is not entitled to relief, we affirm the trial court's action denying the motion without an evidentiary hearing.
