The defendant Romo was charged and convicted of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine, 21 U.S.C. § 846 and § 841(a)(1), and two counts of possession of cocaine, 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). On appeal, Romo argues that the trial court committed reversible error by: (1) allowing into evidence testimony of extraneous convictions of third parties known only as Romo's acquaintances; (2) denying Romo's motion to suppress evidence...
