This is an appeal from an order sustaining a plea of privilege. Appellants filed suit in Harris County alleging negligence and violations of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. Appellee, a resident of Fort Bend County, filed a plea of privilege and appellants controverted it, relying on the venue exception contained in Tex.Rev.Civ.
