Plaintiff, Edward J. Rosenburg, filed a petition for damages arising from an automobile accident occurring on January 19, 1981. He sued his uninsured motorist insurer, Travelers Insurance Company; the driver of the other vehicle, Charles Carr; the owner of the vehicle Carr was driving, Roger Jackson; and subsequently the appellee, St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company as the liability insurer of Jackson, Carr's employer.
