DALLY, Judge.

This is an appeal from a conviction for the offense of attempted murder; the punishment is imprisonment for twenty years.

The appellant asserts that the trial court erred: in refusing to quash the indictment, in failing to submit a charge on the lesser included offense of aggravated assault, in commenting on the weight of the evidence, and in allowing the prosecution to question the victim about extraneous threats and offenses...
