This case involves various disputes arising out of a residential construction contract. Suit was originally filed by Shellington Homes, Inc. seeking to recover the balance due on the contract. The defendant, Raghunath P. Yadav, filed an answer and reconventional demand claiming construction defects and credits for unauthorized charges.
