Plaintiff, Naheem George Nassar, Jr., appeals a district court decision in his favor and against the defendants, H. Coy Fletcher and Allstate Insurance Company, in solido, in the sum of $25,303.72, together with legal interest thereon from the date of judicial demand until paid.
