This matter is before the Court on the motion of the plaintiff/trustee to impose sanctions on the defendant for failure to comply with discovery orders. This is the second motion for sanctions against this defendant under Rule 37 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.1 The prior Rule 37 motion was granted by order dated September 30, 1981.2
