This appeal from the Western District of North Carolina involves three separate causes of action: a claim for breach of contract, a fraud claim, and an unfair trade practice claim under N.C.G.S. § 75-1.1. The jury returned verdicts for the plaintiff Santana, Inc. in the amount of $76,122.37 on the contract claim, $203,910 on the fraud claim and $50,000 on the statutory unfair trade practices claim.
