Plaintiff Aiple Towing Company, Inc., as the owner of the Barge IBL-33, and its insurer, Certain Underwriters at Lloyd's, London, seek damages from defendants, the M/V LYNNE E. QUINN and its owner and operator, Cliff, Jr., Inc., for damages which resulted from the sinking of the barge while in tow under the custody and control of the defendants. The trial in this matter was held before the court without a jury on November 23 and 24, 1981...
