This appeal results from the judgment of conviction entered by the District Court of Nebraska, Fourth Judicial District, in and for Douglas County, pursuant to a jury verdict finding the defendant-appellant, Eugene L. Hunt, also known as Earl Campbell, guilty of first degree sexual assault.
