James L. and Christine S. Martin filed a petition with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois seeking approval of a plan to pay their creditors under chapter 13 of the Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1978, 11 U.S.C. §§ 1301-30 (Supp. II 1978).
