Carlisle Cashway, Inc. (Cashway) appeals from a decision of the District Court, 10 B.R. 322, affirming a decision of the Bankruptcy Court denying Cashway's application to declare debts of Johnson to Cashway nondischargeable in bankruptcy. For the reasons stated below, the decision of the District Court is reversed.
