This is an appeal from a declaratory judgment. The essential facts are undisputed. On December 9, 1979, Patrons Mutual Insurance Association issued a policy of automobile insurance to Maeola Norwood. On March 10, 1980, Maeola Norwood was driving her automobile on Parallel Parkway in Kansas City, Kansas, when she made a left turn in front of a car driven by Elmer Rainey.
