In this appeal we are asked to reverse a decree of the Circuit Court for Talbot County whereby Kevin Bruce Howell was found to be the father of a male child, born out of wedlock. The decree also imposed on Howell, inter alia, an obligation to provide prospective payment for support and other expenses for the child.
