Petitioner pleaded guilty to second degree possession of stolen property. Prior to sentencing on that plea, he was convicted under a separate cause number of second degree burglary arising out of an unrelated incident. The State then filed supplemental informations under each cause number charging petitioner with being a habitual criminal.
