LOPEZ, Judge.

The plaintiffs filed suit in the district court to recover damages for personal injuries due for loss of services arising out of the burning of automobiles during Fire Department training exercises. The trial court granted the defendants' motion for summary judgment on the negligence counts and denied the defendants' motion for summary judgment on strict liability.
