This case comes before the Court on a Complaint filed by the Debtor requesting the Defendants to show cause why Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania ("Columbia") should not be ordered to pay $20,584 to the Debtor for two trailer bodies that were delivered by the Debtor to Columbia. The allegations in the Complaint are that Thiele, Inc. ("Thiele") manufactured and sold to the Debtor on credit the trailer bodies...
