James Earl Phillips appeals from his conviction by jury of the crime of negligent homicide as defined in Ark.Stat.Ann. § 41-1505 and § 41-203 (Repl.1977). His punishment was assessed at six months in the county jail and a fine of $250. The sole issue on appeal is the sufficiency of the evidence to sustain the verdict.
