Defendants, Avondale Shipyards, Inc. and Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, have suspensively appealed judgments of the Twenty-Fourth Judicial District Court, Division "B", wherein the Honorable Frank V. Zaccaria cast defendants liable jointly and in solido for the full sum of $274,500.

The deceased, Preston Ealy, was employed by Airco, Inc., as a truck driver, and on May 27, 1977, he was making a delivery of liquid oxygen to Airco's...
