CLONINGER, Judge.

Appellants, Russell Sweat and Richard "Bud" Sweat, were charged by amended information with conspiracy to possess a controlled substance, marijuana, with intent to deliver in violation of Ark.Stat.Ann. § 41-707 (Repl.1977). After trial, the jury returned a verdict of guilty and they were sentenced to five years imprisonment and a fine of $10,000 for each appellant. Appellants now bring this appeal.
