This action was brought to review a final determination of the Secretary of Health and Human Services denying plaintiff's application for disability insurance benefits. That determination was ultimately reversed and remanded for the award of benefits. Plaintiff has now moved for attorney's fees pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2412(d)(3).
