By this original action in mandamus, relator, Howard Swigart, seeks a writ ordering respondent Industrial Commission to allocate to claim No. 579109-22 the entirety of permanent and total disability benefits awarded to him by order of respondent Industrial Commission, rather than allocating seventy-five percent to said claim and the remaining twenty-five percent to claim No. 478508-22.
