OPINION BY JUDGE DOYLE, November 15, 1982:

This is an appeal by Abraham J. Bachman, Jr. (Claimant) from a decision of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board (Board) affirming a referee's dismissal of Claimant's petition. We affirm.
