The debtor, Philander P. Claxton, III, ("Claxton") was adjudicated a bankrupt March 21, 1980 by this Court. Thereafter, Claxton filed a Motion to Vacate the Adjudication of Bankruptcy under Rule 924 of the Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure and Rule 60(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
