During the latter part of 1978, appellant, Jack Seagraves, was contacted by C. Wayne Baker, a former business associate, regarding the sale of interests in a lease on a gas well known as Ball # 2, located in Stephens County and owned by appellee, Bill C. Bartlett, d/b/a Bartlett Oil and Gas Company. Seagraves had previously purchased from Baker interests in two other wells not related to this case...
