PURTLE, Justice.

The Garland County Circuit Court refused to set aside a default judgment granted against Mike McGee, the appellant herein. The appellant had contended unavoidable casualty and excusable neglect in an attempt to set aside the default judgment.

On appeal he contends that the trial court erred in refusing to set aside the default judgment and that the court erred in awarding treble damages in this particular case. We disagree with both arguments...
