Defendant Dio Dix, Inc. appeals from an order of the Superior Court of Los Angeles County denying a motion to set aside a judgment in favor of plaintiff Fox Industrial Realty and based upon an arbitration award pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 1141.10 et seq., and California Rules of Court, rule 1600 et seq.
