TATUM, Judge.

The defendant, Donald Eugene Mabon, and Eundra James Mabry were jointly indicted for first degree murder and armed robbery. Mabry pled guilty as a result of a plea-bargaining arrangement and Mabon went to trial on not guilty pleas. Mabon was found guilty of both offenses and sentenced to life imprisonment for first degree murder and 30 years for armed robbery. The...
