The break-in at the Brandhorst building was not of the run-of-the-mill variety. Not that George Bressie and Jimmy Yarberry, who effected the illegal entry, were strangers to crime. Indeed Bressie had ten felony convictions, most of them for burglary, and admittedly had committed six other burglaries for which he had not been convicted.
