The appellant, Terry Miller, hereinafter referred to as the defendant, was convicted of Rape in the First Degree, in violation of 21 O.S. 1971, § 1114, and Burglary in the First Degree, in violation of 21 O.S. 1971, § 1431, in the District Court of Pittsburg County, Case No. F-79-43.
