This is an action for the rescission of the sale of and the return of the purchase price of a 1974 Chevrolet Impala, the cost of a replacement tire, damages for inconvenience, humiliation and mental anguish, attorney's fees and interest. The plaintiff is Jerry Benoit, who purchased the car from defendant, Ryan Chevrolet. The automobile was manufactured by defendant, General Motors Corporation, and equipped by GM with tires manufactured by defendant...
