Appellant, the personal representative of the estate of Anna C. Weaver, appeals from an order of the probate court awarding the attorney for the estate fees in the amount of $6,500. In the court below, and on appeal, appellant contends that an appropriate award would have been in the amount of $8,500. Appellees, six other estate beneficiaries having a collective interest in 85% of the estate residue, cross-appeal requesting a reduction in the fees awarded...
