Sentence modified, as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, by reducing the term thereof to five years' probation and imprisonment for 60 days, the sentence of imprisonment to be a condition of and run concurrently with the sentence of probation, and case remitted to the County Court, Suffolk County, for the imposition of conditions of probation. As so modified, sentence affirmed.
