This is an appeal from the district court's denial of postconviction relief, ch. 663A, The Code 1979. The facts are undisputed. The petitioner pled guilty to manslaughter, § 690.10, The Code 1975, arising out of a motor vehicle death. Although he was sentenced to five years imprisonment, sentence was suspended and the petitioner was placed on probation for a two-year period.
