MacDonald, ___ U.S. ___, 102 S.Ct. 1497, 71 L.Ed.2d 696 (1982), the Supreme Court reversed our holding1 that appellant's Sixth Amendment right to a speedy trial was abridged by the Government's delay in obtaining the indictment.
