Billy Ray Bradshaw was convicted of motor vehicle theft, arson in the second degree and burglary. He was sentenced as a recidivist and brings this appeal following the denial of his motion for new trial. Held:

1. The record shows that appellant and several members of his family were the subjects of a warrantless "mass arrest" conducted by the Laurens County Sheriff's Department. Appellant moved the trial court to suppress "... all evidence...
