On April 16, 1975, appellant was charged with armed robbery (D.C.Code 1981, §§ 22-2901, -3202), assault with a dangerous weapon (D.C.Code 1981, § 22-502), robbery (D.C.Code 1981, § 22-2901), and possession of a prohibited weapon (D.C.Code 1981, § 22-3214(b)).
