OPINION

ROBERTS, Judge.

A jury found the appellant guilty of delivery of "a controlled substance, namely Phentermine, an isomer of Methamphetamine." The court assessed a punishment of eight years" confinement.

In his first ground of error, the appellant claims phentermine was not intended to be included in the statutory reference to "Methamphetamine, including its ... isomers...." Texas Controlled Substances...
