Plaintiff, Arthur S. Woll, is an attorney licensed in Michigan. On April 29, 1976, he was indicted by the Wayne County Citizens' Grand Jury for violating the provisions of the solicitation statute, MCL 750.410; MSA 28.642, with respect to workers' compensation claims.
